Rental price for the villa per week.

Please note a deposit of 25% of the value is required to confirm the reservation.
The final balance will be payable 8 weeks prior to the holiday date.
A refundable 'breakage' deposit of £200 is also required to be paid when the
final payment is due.
We are unable to accept bookings for single sex groups or mixed groups under the age of 25 years.
